Boni Fine, Executive Director
Boni joined Temple Sholom as Executive Director at the beginning of 2012 following a long career in senior executive operations positions in newspapers and other media including VP at the Chicago Sun-Times and Publisher of the Post-Tribune in Northwest Indiana. She has also been very active in the community and as a part of Jewish causes. She was the Chair of the Jewish Federation of Northwest Indiana's Communications Committee and edited the monthly bulletin for Congregation Beth Israel. In addition, she has served on many non-profit boards including the Executive Board for the Boys and Girls Clubs as well as chairing fundraising events for that organization and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Association. Boni has an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Social Work from Syracuse University. She and her husband Rick, a history professor, live in Lakeview. They have two college-aged children, Hannah and Robby.

Rimma Khodosh, Gan Shalom Early Childhood Center Director,
Rimma joined Temple Sholom of Chicago in 1982. Temple Sholom of Chicago became a place for learning, passionate work and spirituality. Rimma holds an early childhood degree from Kiev State Pedagogical Institute in her native Ukraine, and degrees from the University of California- Los Angeles and Spertus College of Judaic Studies in Chicago. Rimma plays the accordion and enjoys teaching music to young children. Rimma and her husband, Lev, have two grown children, Vladimir, married to Jurgita, and Elaine, married to Alex Krupnik, and four grandchildren, Gregory, Jason, Coby and Millie.

Lisa Kaplan, Chief Development Officer
Lisa (Lieberman) Kaplan joined the Temple Sholom staff in 2008 as the Membership and Programming Director and grew up as a member of Temple Sholom. She now serves as the Chief Development Officer working with the newly formed Development Committee. She is passionately committed to a partnership with lay leaders that work to advance the culture of giving within our Temple community. Lisa previously served as the Income Development Manager at the American Cancer Society in Philadelphia, and prior to that, developed the charity component of the Chicago Marathon. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois. Lisa and her husband Aaron are thrilled to be raising their children Julia and Charlie within both the Temple Sholom and Gan Shalom communities.

Jodi Morady, CPA, Financial Services Director
Jodi Morady joined the Temple Sholom staff in 1995 and LakeShore Jewish Funerals in 2008. She now serves as the Director of Financial Services for both. Jodi feels very fortunate that she is able to combine her love of Judaism with her profession. She oversees the financial operations of both entities while working very closely with the Temple Treasurer, and Budget and Investment Committees. Prior to working at Temple Sholom, Jodi worked as a CPA at Kesselman and Kesselman in Tel Aviv, Israel and as an accounting manager for the Alzheimer’s Association. Jodi is very involved in the Jewish community and especially active at Solomon Schechter Day School. Jodi received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and has her CPA license. Jodi, her husband, Amnon, and children, Sam, Margo and Ethan love being a part of the Temple Sholom family.

Kylie Zacharia, Membership & Programming/Development Coordinator,
Kylie joined the Temple Sholom staff in May 2011. As the liaison to the Membership Committee, Kylie welcomes new members to Temple Sholom and supports all member related groups and programs led by Temple’s outstanding lay leadership. She previously worked as a Prevention Specialist at PEER Services in Evanston providing health and safety prevention education to youth and their families. Kylie holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska.
