JCFS CHICAGO PRESENTS AN UPCOMING COMMUNITY PROGRAM: Coming out of Hibernation: Coping with Anxiety, Grief, and Isolation Post-Covid19

Clinical research tells us that increased socialization and connecting with your community are recommended for dealing with anxiety, grief, and isolation. This is counter to our now established habits of masking and social distancing. As we transition to a post-Covid world, many of us are experiencing tremendous anxiety about what is to be. Along with this anxiety, many are experiencing grief both for how the world has changed and anticipatory grief about our uncertain future. In this learning program, we will discuss ways to cope with the anxiety, grief, and isolation as we try to re-invent, re-imagine, and recover.

This one-hour program will be presented and facilitated by Nina Henry, LCPC, CADC,
Addiction Specialist & Mental Health Educator.

There is no fee for this program.  Registration is required.

To register, and to receive ZOOM link, please contact JCFS Liaison Andrea Jacobs at AndreaJacobs@jcfs.org
**there will be a dial-in option for those without internet/access to Zoom

Co-sponsored by: Anshe Emet Synagogue, Anshe Sholom B’nai Israel, Emanuel Congregation, Mishkan Chicago, Temple Sholom of Chicago
