Join Monday Meal Volunteers for a small gathering in the garden at Temple Sholom, for us to come together and catch up in person. We ask that you please bring your own lawn chairs and/or blankets to sit on. If you will be joining us, please register below for attendance purposes. ALSO, please complete this health form and either send back to Toby Sanders (toby@sholomchicago.org) as an attachment or image, or bring a hard copy with you to the evening.
