This program was so successful last year, we are doing this for a second year in a row! Our 6th-8th graders, and their parents, are invited to volunteer at our Monday Meal on September 15th.  

Each week volunteers prepare and serve a warm meal to our guests in need. This mitzvah is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a wonderful volunteer experience, B'nai Mitzvah service projects, school service hours and more.  

Usually, volunteers must be 12 or older, but we are offering a unique experience for our trusted 6th-8th graders. We want to encourage parent volunteers to help during this meal. Signing up to volunteer is very important as it can be difficult when people show up who haven’t signed up as there are only so many roles to fill and the space can get crowded.
