Watch the powerful and critically acclaimed Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom on your own on Netflix, then join in a discussion it with other women of Temple Sholom led by professional film critic and film festival judge, Matt Fagerholm. Starring Viola Davis and the late Chadwick Boseman, and based on the famed August Wilson play, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom is set in 1920's Chicago and delves into important racial and gender issues.
