After a long, pandemic-enforced wait, we are thrilled to announce that we will come together as a community to celebrate the Installation of Shoshanah Conover as Senior Rabbi at a festive Shabbat Service on August 19 and the Installation of Rena Singer as Assistant Rabbi during a celebratory Shabbat Service on September 9.

Kudoboard is a virtual bulletin board of messages, gifs, and photos where participants can celebrate special occasions and milestones, share memories, and send congratulations to a recipient. Rabbi Conover will be inviting special guest and mentor, Lawrence, A. Hoffman, Rabbi; PH.D.
Dr. Lawrence A. Hoffman was ordained as a rabbi in 1969, received his Ph.D. in 1973, and taught from then until 2019 at HUC-JIR/New York. From 1984 to 1987, he also directed the School of Sacred Music. In 2003, he was named the first Barbara and Stephen Friedman Professor of Liturgy, Worship and Ritual. He taught classes in liturgy, ritual, spirituality, theology and synagogue leadership. For almost forty years, he has combined research, teaching, and a passion for the spiritual renewal of North American Judaism. Read more.

Rabbi Singer will be inviting special guest and mentor, Rabbi Sara Luria
Sara (she/her) is a rabbi, and the founder of multiple creative Jewish communities. She founded and now directs Beloved, a network of spiritual leaders planting new projects and communities. Previously, she started and led Beloved Brooklyn, a home-based experiment in Jewish liffe, as well as ImmerseNYC: A Community Mikveh Project, now part of the JCC Manhattan. Sara is a cultivator of ideas and dreams, and a mentor to entrepreneurial rabbis across America. Read more.
