On Wednesday, November 29 at 6:30pm we will hold a Zoom Group Session on Connection, Community, and Coping During Adverse Times with Tommy Sheridan, Certified Grief and Loss Coach and Behavior Associate at Light On Anxiety CBT Treatment Centers, and Rabbi Shoshanah Conover. 

This session will be for those of us who are seeking emotional support in our community.  We will ground ourselves in the connection of community, enjoy a brief guided meditation to gather strength, and then engage in supportive conversations about how we cope when things feel out of our control while managing manage parenting and working in these difficult days.
