A beautiful and meaningful service for the observance of Selichot on Saturday evening prior to Rosh Hashanah, including Havdalah and the ritual of changing out our Torah covers from the colorful and decorative ones we use all year, to the special white covers we use for the High Holy Days, representing purity and the wish that through repentance, our sins will be made white as snow (Isaiah 1:18).
