To complete all the steps for enrollment, please select the below option that best describes you.

I am a New Family (New to Gan and NOT Temple Sholom members)
I am a Temple Sholom Member and/or Returning Gan Family

New Families
(Families that are new to Gan and are not Temple Sholom members)

Complete the Account Creation Form HERE.

Once your account has been created, you will receive a communication from Temple Sholom of Chicago to create your password. Click the “Click Here” link in the e-mail.

Enter the password of your choice into the “Login Password” and “Confirm Password” boxes and click “Save Changes to Person” at the bottom of the page. Move to Step 4 to complete enrollment.

Make sure you are logged into your ShulCloud account at www.sholomchicago.org

Click “My Account” located in the menu bar. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and, under My School Information, click “Start School Enrollment.”

Select “21-22 Gan Shalom”  (make sure you are picking the correct school year) from the dropdown underneath "Which term are you enrolling to?" and click the “Continue” button.

Select the age/grade the student will be by September 1, 2021. This will populate the various enrollment options. Select your preference and click ”Continue.”

Enter/confirm your family information and click “Continue to Registration Fee.”

Follow instructions to submit Registration Fee payment. This will officially submit your application. 

The registration fee is $75/student, does not apply to tuition and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Your application will be reviewed and you will receive notification if/when your application is accepted. 

(If the class is full, you will be automatically put on a waitlist.)

Once your application is accepted, you will be billed the full tuition and will receive an invoice.

To secure your spot, payment plan (of any frequency) must be setup within two weeks of being accepted. 

 


 

Preschool class fees must be paid by December 31, 2021
Junior Kindergarten, Kindergarten and Extended Day class fees must be paid by March 31, 2022

Families can begin making payments as early as they’d like once the fee has been billed. 

Listed class days and times are subject to change in accordance with COVID-19 requirements and recommendations.
